Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how STC Holding Group LLC, doing business as Top Settlement Pros ("we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information through topsettlementpros.com (the "Site") and our calls and messages.

1. Who we are

Top Settlement Pros is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We speak with people who have been in accidents and, with their permission, connect them with independent law firms and legal service providers.

2. How our service works

  • You answer a few questions and ask us to call you.
  • We call you to learn more about your accident.
  • If a law firm or legal service provider may be able to help, we tell you who they are. We share your information with them, or connect your call, only if you agree on that call.

3. Information we collect

  • From you: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and answers about your accident, such as when it happened, who was at fault, whether you were hurt or treated, and whether you have a lawyer. On our call, you may also tell us about your injuries, treatment, insurance and police report.
  • Call recordings and notes: we record and keep notes of our calls, including your permission to share your information. We tell you at the start of each call that it is recorded.
  • Consent records: a third-party service records your session on our form, including the text you saw and the box you checked, to document your consent.
  • Automatically: IP address, approximate location (used to pre-fill your state), device and browser type, pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, and visit times, using cookies, pixels and similar tools.
  • Fraud prevention: signals that help us detect automated or fake submissions.

4. How we use information

  • To call and text you about your accident, as you asked.
  • To decide whether a law firm or legal service provider may be able to help.
  • To share your information with a provider you approve.
  • To keep records of your consent and prevent fraud and duplicates.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and the Site.
  • To comply with law and protect our rights.

5. How we share information

  • Law firms and legal service providers you approve: only after you agree on our call. They use your information under their own privacy policies. We may be paid by them.
  • Service providers: companies that host our Site, store data, record consent, place calls and send messages, who may use it only to provide those services.
  • Advertising platforms: we use tools from Meta and Google that use cookies and pixels to measure our ads. To measure results, we may send them contact details in hashed (scrambled) form. We never send them your accident or injury answers.
  • Legal reasons and business transfers: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.

Because we may be paid when we connect you with a provider, this may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. You can opt out using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link.

12. Security

We use reasonable safeguards. No system is completely secure.
